Rear Adm. (ret.) Lore Aguayo, a native of Arizona, was commissioned in 1993 through the Naval Reserve Officer Training Program. She holds degrees in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Stanford University and graduated from the Wharton Executive Development Program.
Aguayo's operational tours include company commander and Executive Officer (XO), Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Commanding Officer (CO), NMCB 11, and Commander, 22nd Naval Construction Regiment (NCR).
Her facility engineering assignments include Resident Officer in Charge, Naval Station Rota, Spain; Director of Facilities West for Command, Navy Surface Reserve Force, San Diego; Deputy Public Works Officer (PWO), Public Works Center, San Diego; Energy and Utility Privatization Action Officer for the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N46 and Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC); PWO at Naval Station Pearl Habor and Assistant Regional Engineer for Navy Region Hawaii; Operations Officer for NAVFAC Southeast, Jacksonville; and Commander, NAVFAC Atlantic, Norfolk.

Aguayo is a registered Professional Engineer, Acquisition Professional Community member, Seabee Combat Warfare officer, and has received multiple awards, including the Legion of Merit.
Captain Constance Solina, nee Danner, is a native of McLean, Virginia and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Environmental Engineering in 2000. She earned her Master’s Degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas in 2006. She was commissioned as an Ensign in May 2000 through the Purdue Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps. Solina initially served as a Surface Warfare Officer onboard the USS SPRUANCE (DD-963), deploying to the Mediterranean in support of Operation Enduring Freedom before transferring to the Civil Engineer Corps community in 2003.
Her expeditionary tours include Company Commander, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) FOUR, Port Hueneme; Executive Officer (XO), NMCB FIVE, Port Hueneme; Chief Staff Officer (CSO), Naval Construction Group (NCG) TWO, Gulfport; and currently as Commander, NCG TWO.

Solina is a Professional Engineer, Defense Acquisition Corps member, dual qualified as a Seabee Combat Warfare Officer and a Surface Warfare Officer, and has received multiple awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal.
